Calendar 2021 has been a special year for our society, as it represents not just one, but two anniversaries.  50 years ago this year the Cannock Chase Model Engineering Society was formed, the predecessor to our present society.   Then 30 years ago saw the opening of the present track in the grounds of the Rugeley Power Station.   To celebrate both anniversaries on Sunday 5 September members along with families an friends gathered at the track for a special BBQ and 'steam up'    .. . . . . .
